Privacy Policy

ValueDesk is operated by TensorView. Product site: https://value.tensorview.cc. Privacy and support requests: support@tensorview.cc. That is the support address shown to customers on the website.

Account data. If you sign in, we store your email address and authentication identifiers provided by our auth provider (Supabase). We do not store plaintext passwords.

Research content. When you run research, we store symbols you query, research sessions, messages, and generated reports so you can reopen them later.

Usage and billing. We store plan entitlements, order status, and payment provider transaction IDs needed to unlock paid features. Card payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. We do not receive or store card numbers, CVV, or full payment credentials.

Technical data. Standard server logs may include IP address, user agent, and request timestamps for security and reliability.

To create and maintain your account, run research, save sessions, display reports, and activate paid plans after successful payment.

To respond to support requests sent to our support email.

To improve reliability and prevent abuse (for example, rate limits and fraud checks).

Prompts and market-related inputs may be sent to third-party model or data providers solely to complete your request. We do not sell your research content or use it to train our own models.

We use cookies or local storage needed for language preference and signed-in sessions. We do not use advertising cookies to sell your data to ad networks.

We share data only with processors that help us run the product: Supabase (auth and database), hosting providers, Creem (checkout and subscription billing), email delivery if used for auth or support, and model/data providers needed to generate research.

We may disclose information if required by law or to investigate fraud or security incidents.

We do not sell personal information.

Account and research data are kept until you delete them or ask us to delete them, except records we must keep for billing disputes, accounting, or legal obligations. Creem retains payment data under its own merchant-of-record duties.

Email support@tensorview.cc to access, correct, or delete account data we hold, or to export research you created. We aim to reply within 30 days.

ValueDesk is not directed to children under 16. If we learn we collected a child’s personal data, we will delete it.

The site uses HTTPS. Payment card data is handled by Creem and does not enter our servers. No system is perfectly secure.

When we update this policy, we change the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
