Terms of Service

ValueDesk provides educational equity-research tools and AI-assisted research memos for listed stocks. It is software-as-a-service, not a broker, not a bank, and not a licensed investment adviser.

Nothing on the site is personalized investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or an offer of discretionary portfolio management. You remain solely responsible for your investment decisions.

You must provide a working email and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to share login credentials or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

You may not use ValueDesk to break the law, commit fraud, attack systems, scrape in a way that harms the service, bypass usage limits, or resell access without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Paid access is sold as one-time token packs. There is no monthly membership. Prices and token counts are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. We do not store your card number. Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record.

Tokens from each purchase stay available for 60 days from the purchase time. After that, unused tokens from that purchase expire. If you buy more than one pack, each pack keeps its own 60-day clock. Research calls, including follow-ups, deduct tokens from your unexpired balance (soonest-expiring pack first).

Token packs are one-time purchases. There is nothing to cancel after checkout unless a receipt includes a Creem portal link for a legacy recurring charge — in that case email support@tensorview.cc.

Unexpired unused tokens remain available until their 60-day window ends.

Email support@tensorview.cc within 7 days of a token pack purchase to request a refund of the unused token balance from that purchase. Tokens already spent on research are not refunded. If none of that purchase has been used, we refund the amount paid. Expired unused tokens are not refunded.

Refunds, when approved, are returned by Creem to the original payment method. Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in account suspension.

Reports may contain errors, delayed market data, incomplete filings coverage, or model mistakes. Always verify numbers against primary filings (for example SEC or EDINET) before acting.

Past illustrative examples on the marketing site (including compounding demos) are not forecasts or promises of future results.

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including investment losses. Our aggregate liability for a token pack purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

We may update these Terms by changing the date on this page. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated Terms. Contact: support@tensorview.cc.
