Terms of Service

ValueDesk provides educational equity-research tools and AI-assisted research memos for listed stocks. It is software-as-a-service, not a broker, not a bank, and not a licensed investment adviser.

Nothing on the site is personalized investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or an offer of discretionary portfolio management. You remain solely responsible for your investment decisions.

You must provide a working email and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to share login credentials or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

You may not use ValueDesk to break the law, commit fraud, attack systems, scrape in a way that harms the service, bypass usage limits, or resell access without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Paid plans are billed through Creem as merchant of record. Prices and plan details are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Charges are in the currency shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. We do not store your card number.

You may cancel a subscription at any time by emailing support@tensorview.cc, or via the Creem customer portal if your receipt includes a portal link.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access already paid for continues until the end of the current billing period unless we state otherwise at checkout.

If you are not satisfied with a first paid purchase, email support@tensorview.cc within 7 days of the charge and we will review a refund request for unused service. After substantial use of paid research capacity, refunds may be partial or declined.

Refunds, when approved, are returned by Creem to the original payment method. Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in account suspension.

Reports may contain errors, delayed market data, incomplete filings coverage, or model mistakes. Always verify numbers against primary filings (for example SEC or EDINET) before acting.

Past illustrative examples on the marketing site (including compounding demos) are not forecasts or promises of future results.

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including investment losses. Our aggregate liability for a paid period is limited to the amount you paid for that period.

We may update these Terms by changing the date on this page. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated Terms. Contact: support@tensorview.cc.
